The first conversation: free
What it is. One call with your storyteller, its recording and transcript kept in your family’s archive.
No card. We don’t ask for a card for it, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own.
What counts as it. The first call that reaches your storyteller and lasts at least 2 minutes, however it ends. A call that fails, reaches voicemail or reaches the wrong person never counts.
The plan
Its price. $14.99 a month, plus any taxes, charged at the start of each month to the payment method you gave at checkout.
How it renews. Automatically, from one month to the next, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, online, and your plan then ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What it includes. The calls, at the times your storyteller chooses, within a fair-use limit; your family’s archive, with every recording and transcript; everyone’s questions for the next call; and downloads of everything, at any time.
